Celebrity Relations/ Event Activation Internship Overview:
--- Create celebrity categorized lists for individual clients and projects
--- Assist in formulating & research, creating spreadsheets/ lists for clients, projecting talent budgets
--- Update and maintain acquired talent contacts sheets ie. assistants, managers, publicists etc. for talent outreach
---Assist in coordinating celebrity travel/ accommodations for high profile events
---Be onsite for high profile events in the NYC area
---Be involved in ideation process for high profile event/sponsorship projects
---Create/maintain ''event bibles'' for select events
---Keep current on events, news and industry trends to report and recap to office
---Take notes on conference calls to generate recaps for each client
---Must be able to receive academic credit for time within our office.
---Available 2-3 days/ week
---Hardworking, reliable, creative, fashion forward, personable, organized and detail oriented applicants will do best within this firm.
---Must have interest in entertainment, sports, philanthropic organizations
---Knowledge of Microsoft Office (word, excel, powerpoint), PhotoShop, InDesign a MUST
Travel & Lunch Stipend provided.
