Full Time Job
Our company produces live visuals, projection mapping, content animation, visual systems, augmented reality and set designs. We are in the business of creating experience visuals and multi-media content for live events, various entertainment productions, consumer engagements, brand activations and engineered events.
We are looking for a sales representative whose role is critical to supporting the overall revenue objectives of our company. The ideal individual fits into our small family of employees and is enthusiastic in assisting the growth of our small company. We take great pride in the work we have accomplished the last 10 years and the exemplary EDM clients on our roster. Many of our clients have been with us for years but we must expand and stay a step ahead of our talented competition.
• Reach out to clients and bid projects based on company's capabilities.
• Meet/exceed personal and company's monthly sales.
• Maintain a weekly activity report with CEO and Finance Manager.
• Identify sales opportunities by recognizing and researching prospective clients and projects that are in the bidding phase.
• Support Production Management with current client relationships.
• Be proactive with new outlets based on evolving technologies.
• Attend occasional pitches at client's location.
Qualifications:
• Authorized to work in the US
• Bachelor's Degree in a sales or marketing related field of study
• Competitive but collaborative attitude
• Experienced (Non-Manager)
• Proficient in phone sales/cold calls and new-breed RFP's
• 2+ to 5 years experience
• Experience in visual effects or live music sales a plus
Desired Skills:
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated, detail-oriented and great time management/organizational skills.
• Not afraid to ask questions and request clarification from CEO and Producer.
• Motivated to bring in a high volume of monthly sales.
Compensation:
• Starting salary is $1,300/week with potential staff position and benefits after 1 year of continuous employment.
• Reviews will be administered biannually and can accelerate the timetable for staff position consideration.
• Commission bonus is structured based on project's budget profit margin.
