A Los Angeles based fast-paced commercial and content company is looking for an enthusiastic, innovative, and quick learning in-house coordinator and executive assistant to the owner of the company.
The ideal candidate has a positive and outgoing attitude, a year or more of coordinating experience, and is an incredibly quick learner. Efficiency, extraordinary organization, and the ability to take initiative are imperative.
Applicants will be expected to be proficient at managing the owner's schedule, act as the main hub of information between freelancers, in-house staff, and the out-of-house accounting, and assisting other executives as needed.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
· Overseeing the office manager and following up with administrative duties.
· Compiling work visas for directors and other talent
· Scheduling travel and meetings for the company owner
· Reaching out to directors to maintain in-house schedule
· Working with executives to build and maintain social media presence
Requirements:
· Ability to communicate effectively.
· Experience as a coordinator/executive assistant.
· Self-motivated and the ability to work independently.
· Quick learner who can hit the ground running with this position.
Pluses:
· Social media marketing and public relation skills
· Adobe creative suite experience
