Seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated, and ambitious IT Manager who is committed to managing all day-to-day IT operations and provide technical guidance, support and planning on all corporate IT related matters. You will be responsible for handling business and confidential situations in a discrete and mature manner.
Some things you will be responsible for:
• Manage both local and remote IT team
• Prioritize, plan, and balance workload across the team
• Author and maintain appropriate policies, procedures, and documentation for the IT department
• Assist in developing and enforcing IT security policies and conducting IT security training
• Work with various other departments to coordinate important information around system maintenance, changes, events
• Maintain budget, track spending and inventory, negotiate with third-party vendors
• Ensure security and integrity of data, network, and backup systems
• Support and maintain the corporate wireless and wired network
• Provide top notch desktop support for both MAC and PC users company wide
Some qualifications and skills we need you to have: You should have a minimum of 5+ years experience in Corporate IT
• 3-5 years management experience
• Understanding of Information Security frameworks and best practices
• Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and participate in long term roadmap planning
• Deep knowledge and understanding of Mac OS X administration
• Knowledge and understanding of IOS and Windows administration
• Experience with vendor management and contract review & negotiation
• Willingness and passion for learning new things
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to build productive working relationships with other teams
• Excitement for the opportunity to learn about the business and legal side of the music industry
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and function well under pressure and tight delivery timeframes
• Ability to function in a team environment
• Requires a high degree of tact, initiative, accuracy, judgment and superior interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively interact with all levels of management
• A polished individual who likes a challenge and can contribute their talents to our team environment
