Seeking a candidate to work as an assistant within the human resources department. At least one year in an administrative role within the entertainment industry is a plus.
Responsibilities:
-Answering phones
-Scheduling interviews
-Applicant tracking and coordination
-Maintaining employee files including status-changes and professional progress
-Light filing as needed
-Sending materials and drafting correspondence
-Identifying problems early on and addressing them proactively
-Creative problem solving for scheduling, employee relations and technology issues
-Handling special projects and additional responsibilities as requested
Requirements:
-A dedication to excellence and very strong work ethic
-Top notch organizational skills
-Excellent time management skills
-Ability to prioritize and multi-task numerous projects while staying very detail-oriented
-Exemplary customer service skills and relationship building skills
-Friendly and personable demeanor
-Outgoing personality
-Experience and high comfort in dealing with people at all levels and of all personality types
-Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively (must have strong verbal and written skills)
-Ability to learn quickly while on the job
-Ability to make on the spot decisions quickly and correctly
-Ability to stay task focused
-Must be self-motivated
-Excellent phone manner
-4-year degree strongly preferred
