KEY TASKS
o Improve NY's organizational structure while maintaining ''boutique'' atmosphere that makes the Company unique
o Define management positions and create oversight responsibilities; clarify job responsibilities and formalize reporting lines
o Promote dialogue amongst various divisions (sales, producing, engineering, artists) to create robust feedback loop
o Create checks and balances, and ensure accountability
o Promote connectivity + knowledge sharing among NY office and LA headquarters
o Liaise with Parent Company's HR department to administer procedures such as recruiting, hiring, reviews, discipline, etc.
o Provide leadership and mentoring to staff in order to meet or exceed goals
o Communicate with Company management regarding overall needs and to present changes
o Improve efficiency to maximize revenue and profit
o Review expense allocations and look for synergies (e.g., by relying on company's scale)
o Develop room, staff, and equipment utilization metrics
o Improve financial budgeting, forecasting and reporting
o Participate in process for addressing CAPEX needs
o Assist with Annual Business Plan, Quarterly Revisions and other financial reports as needed
o Enforce priorities to maximize profit
o Maintain close interaction with the Company's President, CFO, CTO, VP of US Ops, and sales team
o Cultivate relationships with industry partners (e.g., competitors, vendors, clients), to explore alliances, bolster Light Iron's presence, and to ensure customers trust and have confidence in the Company's abilities
o Act as a contact for customers who need to speak with a senior-level person
o Become another ''face'' to the community
o Represent the Company at panels, conferences, and tradeshows
o Contribute to articles
o Improve strategy and collaboration with Corporate Team
