The world’s leading full service entertainment, media, and sports agency is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support an Executive within Corporate Finance and Accounting.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a busy finance desk with ease and discretion. From coordinating complex travel arrangements to maintaining a high level of organization on the desk and ensuring a smooth day to day administrative process, this position will require a candidate who works best under pressure and is interested in working within the Corporate Finance sector long-term.
The ideal candidate should have:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Accounting
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience, supporting a high level Executive, preferably in Investment Banking or Corporate Consulting
• Strong familiarity with Microsoft office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
• Professional demeanor and superior organizational skills
• Extensive experience arranging travel for a busy Executive
• Unimpeachable integrity and thorough understanding of confidentiality and discretion
