Intern duties include research, creating and updating various tracking grids, scanning, some video editing, answering phones, filing, interacting with clients and buyers, data entry, general office work, etc. This is a great opportunity to learn about the representation side of the entertainment business. We are a talent & literary management company representing actors, writers and directors in film, television and theater: we currently have clients as feature film and tv series actors and staff writers on network television, acting and writing in studio and independent feature films, directing episodic television and feature films, starring in plays and musicals, appearing in commercials, and creating content for new media. We're responsible for all aspects of career development for our clients, in conjunction with various talent agencies, legal firms, publicity firms, and accounting firms.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Passion for entertainment and emerging talent
• Interest in a career related to literary or talent representation, PR, digital, or production/casting
• Experience and understanding of digital influencer/talent landscape strongly preferred
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication (both written and verbal), and
presentation skills
• Must be proactive, resourceful and efficient
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
