Job Responsibilities:
- Resolve operational issues for company end-users with the highest level of customer service using ticketing
system.
- Communicate status of open/unresolved operational issues to end-users, ops team, and manager.
- Maintain company supply storage including inventory control, item tagging, item distribution.
- Maintain company supply inventory for each floor.
- Maintain copiers - supply with paper and toner on regular basis.
- Organize office supply areas ensuring that all trash and clutter is cleared routinely.
- Organize kitchen supplies.
- Liaise with Production Management for access to production items housed in company supply shop.
- Maintain conference rooms: clear rooms of clutter and debris after use. Ensure audio and video components
are ready and in proper working order.
- Assist end-users with the use of various office systems including: phones, computers, and conference room
audio and video equipment.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Familiarity with and/or interest in purchasing
- Demonstrated experience functioning efficiently in an environment with multiple and shifting priorities and
deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision, confidently handling
new tasks as they arise
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of
employees, management, and customers/clients
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, including adaptability, personal effectiveness, and the ability to
establish quick rapport
- Strong organizational and time management skills, including prioritization and follow through
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make proactive recommendations and find/use
resources
- Communicate courteously to employees who are requesting service; ensure requests are responded to within
a timely fashion; follow up to ensure the service request has been resolved
- Maintain commitment to continuous process improvement: efficiency, effectiveness, and currency
- Proficient in Gmail
Education/Experience:
- Degree qualified or equivalent experience preferred
- 1 - 2 years experience preferred
