An Emmy award-winning, end-to-end television production and development company based out of New York City is looking for a new executive assistant for the CEO/President. It has its own in-house post-production facility. The company specializes in docudrama, documentary and non-fiction television, as well as select scripted series. The ideal candidate should be very comfortable with typical administrative assistant tasks - calendar, rolling calls, booking travel, etc. Candidates should have great writing skills and feel at home in a fast-paced work environment where things change day-to-day. This is the perfect job for someone looking to take on a lot of responsibility and gain invaluable hands-on knowledge about executive producing high-end television. We need someone who is incredibly sharp, but also, fully capable of being the face of the company. Must have 2+ of prior desk experience, preferable at an agency or high profile production company. * This is NOT an entry level job. MUST have prior assistant experience.
