Title: Executive Assistant
Hiring Manager: General Manager
Location: Orlando, Florida
Department: Operations
Digital Entertainment Studio is seeking a detail-oriented Executive Assistant to work with executive leadership at our new facility located in Orlando. This role will act as the primary contact for all incoming communication and interface with our global partners as well as work closely with the executive team to manage calendars, create presentations, coordinate meetings and help with reporting metrics at varying intervals. As an intricate player working directly with executive leadership, managing all work with the highest degree of confidentially is critical and exercising discretion, judgment and diplomacy will be necessary. As a key member of a small team, flexibility in the role will be expected and duties may increase or change as the position evolves.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- General office duties, schedules, meetings and organizing office systems.
- Provide overall administration and organization.
- Prioritize communication, meetings and action items.
- Preparation of executive level presentations, memos, letters, spreadsheets, reporting and other correspondence.
- Display initiative, ingenuity and constant communication.
- Day-to-day office operations.
- Perform such similar, comparable, or related duties as may be required or assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- College degree preferred.
- Production experience preferred.
- Strong work ethic.
- Excellent attitude, a team player, demonstrates professionalism.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize time and tasks.
- Excellent communicator, proactive, fast-learner and multi-takser.
- Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, research, social media and web skills.
- Ability to be flexible with work schedule.
