Entertainment law firm seeks experienced executive assistant to support senior partner with a dynamic practice concentrating in independent film. The ideal candidate will have 5 years or more experience assisting senior-level attorneys or executives, and is interested in a long-term opportunity. You will have the poise, confidence and enthusiasm to serve as the partner's ''right hand'' through a quick-paced day, coordinating packed schedules, communicating with clients, and tracking projects and documents.
Responsibilities include:
- Heavy e-mail/phone correspondence;
- Scheduling calls, meetings, and travel (domestic and international);
- Developing and maintaining good relationships with clients and outside attorneys;
- Time tracking and client billing;
- Preparing corporate formation documents and copyright filings for film projects;
- Tracking document flow and project status for a multitude of projects at once;
Desired Qualifications:
- College graduate with bachelor's degree;
- Five years previous executive assistant experience (preferably in entertainment industry);
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software;
- Proficiency with Internet Calendars & Applications (i.e., Google Calendar, Google Drive, etc.);
- Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently for the Partner's workflow and your own;
- Ability to juggle a very busy schedule and keep Partner on time for all scheduled events;
- Excellent phone manner and email etiquette;
- Highly attentive to details while multitasking;
- Able to work independently;
- Interested in the entertainment industry, specifically independent film.
