Executive Producer and President of an unscripted TV production company is looking for a superstar Executive/Development Assistant. Currently, the company has two Broadcast Network shows in production - along with many projects in development - and is looking for someone who can handle heavy phones, scheduling/managing a calendar, booking travel, and dealing with the networks on a daily basis. The company specializes in primetime game and competition shows and the ideal candidate should be someone who is enthusiastic and passionate about that space. Aside from the general administrative duties, this job is very heavy on development and team collaboration. The ideal candidate is a creative individual and has experience creating decks on Keynote/PowerPoint, drafting one sheets, attending network pitches, etc. Photoshop is a plus. Previous experience at an agency, studio, production company or network is preferred.
