Executive Coordinator Position
Los Angeles based (near LAX) television production company looking for an Executive Coordinator to assist the company's two executives. A successful candidate will be able to take initiative, anticipate needs, be self-motivated, be a team player and, be able to juggle multiple things happening at one time. This is a good opportunity for an individual looking for their first assistant position. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Coordinating travel (heavy amount of travel coordination)
- Managing schedules
- Rolling phone calls
- Facilitating workflow between executives and other employees
- Being able to handle a fast paced and continuously changing work environment
- Efficiently communicate externally and internally
- Assisting with some personal work
Qualifications:
- BA/ BS degree
- 1+ year in an administrative or film/ TV related position
- Ability to be discrete and maintain confidential information
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks while staying organized and efficient
- Proficiency in Apple products such as Mail and iCalendar
- Professional manner and strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Friendly and personable
- First one in, last one out work ethic
