A new entertainment company that reaches over 2 Billion people per month is seeking an Executive Assistant for it's Founder and CEO.
At least 2 years of experience in-house at a studio/entertainment company or as a private PA for an industry leader. Standard duties such as scheduling and appointments, answering calls, travel booking and gatekeeper tasks as well as getting actively involved in helping manage the CEO's relationships with the company subsidiaries. There may be some element of personal assistant tasks but not the main role. From time to time work may take place outside of the office and there could be travel involved.
The ideal candidate is a great multi-tasker, very personable and lives and breathes culture. If you're not reading the Hollywood Reporter, Variety and Fast Company for fun, this probably isn't for you. Candidates have the opportunity to grow and if you're not in a senior role within 3 years of taking this job then something has gone wrong.
