Motion Picture company is looking for one Los Angeles-based assistant who is detail oriented, driven, takes initiative, and is able to juggle multiple tasks. Must have at least one year of entertainment industry assistant or internship experience. Must know standard industry phone and scheduling etiquette, and be very familiar with the film/TV industry power-players including writers, directors, talent and agents.
Responsibilities include:
• Act as primary administrative support to 2 (two) producers.
• Roll calls, manage phone sheet, schedule meetings, greet guests/partners, handle project files and submissions.
• Read scripts and create coverage.
• Assist in business-related research & projects, as assigned.
• Coordinate travel, both within US and International.
• Manage expense reports.
