Seeking executive assistant to support two Partners of busy NYC entertainment law firm servicing clients in film, television, music and new media.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Heavy e-mail/phone correspondence
- Scheduling calls, meetings, travel & accommodations (domestic and international)
- Legal time tracking and client billing
- Preparing corporate formation documentation and US Copyright Office filings for submission
- Tracking document flow and project status for multiple projects
- Ad hoc projects for both personal and professional matters
Desired Qualifications:
- College graduate with bachelor's degree
- Previous assistant experience in entertainment industry
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
- Proficiency with Internet Calendars & Applications (i.e., Google Calendar, Google Drive)
- Ability to juggle a very busy schedule and keep Partners on time for all scheduled events
- Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently for your own workflow as well as Partners'
- Must be highly attentive to detail
- Must be able to work independently
- Must be interested in the entertainment industry, specifically independent film!
