Seeking a highly motivated executive assistant for an incredible growth opportunity at a film & literary development/management company. A positive attitude, and a tireless work ethic are a must. An ideal candidate will bring tons of experience writing in-depth story coverage on novels, as well as screenplays. Must be highly organized and capable of creating and maintaining both digital and physical filing systems, and our busy calendar. This is not a conventional desk job; it is rare for any two days to look alike. We are looking for a Jack/Jill-of-all-trades, who is comfortable wearing many hats and balancing a rapidly evolving task list without allowing anything to slip through the cracks.
Requirements:
-Bachelor's Degree
-2-3 years entertainment industry experience (preferably development/agency)
-Proficiency with computers (specifically windows): capable of basic setups, troubleshoots, and fixes
-Advanced organizational skills
-A vehicle. Your responsibilities will include (work related) runs and errands
