Academy and Emmy Award-winning documentary TV/Film production company seeks Executive Assistant to support the SVP of Production & Development and COO/EVP of Production.
Responsibilities include: heavy calendar management for two busy executives; travel coordination for set visits, pitch meetings, industry conferences, film festivals etc.; maintaining production binders and legal records; tracking and managing invoices, POs, and expense reports; supporting films/series in production. In addition to administrative duties, the Executive Assistant will assist the development team with TV/Film research and coverage where needed.
Looking for: a detail-oriented self-starter who thrives under pressure, can spin many plates, and works well with the team. A degree in film, television, video, media or journalism is a plus, as is proficiency in graphics/design. Previous assistant experience preferred but not required.
