Top Boutique Talent Agency is looking for a motivated, organized and hardworking assistant to join its energetic and growing team. This person will provide full administrative support to the CEO/Founder of the company.
This is a comprehensive role for someone who wants to be the executive's right hand. Duties will include answering calls, scheduling meetings and appointments, managing calendars, coordinating travel logistics and communicating with A-list clientele. This person will also handle some light personal assistant duties as well, including running errands, lifting items weighing 50+ lbs., buying gifts and managing household projects.
This individual will have extraordinary exposure to high-profile business dealings. All applicants must be poised and calm under pressure, with the utmost respect for confidentiality. A minimum of 3+ years of fast-paced administrative support experience is ideal, and a Bachelor's Degree is required. Work experience in a Talent Agency or Business Management firm is strongly preferred.
