Entertainment advertising company in Playa Vista is looking for an experienced assistant to help the CEO. If you can wear a ton of hats, balance endless requests, and keep a pleasant demeanor, you just may be the teammate we're looking for. Of course, we're assuming you're a fanatic about keeping things on time, extremely detail-oriented, and really really organized.
Looking for someone with:
-exceptional written communication and presentation skills.
-ultra organized and can meet deadlines without losing your cool.
-ability to anticipate our executives' needs and actualize the desired results
-a college degree plus 2-4 years of experience assisting a C-level executive preferably in a fast-paced advertising or creative environment.
-Ideally, you'll have a solid understanding of the advertising business and an agency's functional processes, technologies and terms.
-You're proficient in MS office, including solid knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel.
-You're a self-starter who can take direction, work independently as well as in a collaborative environment
