Emmy and Golden Globe-winning Management and Production Company is seeking a new Executive Assistant and Office Manager to the head of the company. The executive assistant role works in tandem with a partner to cover the usual high-volume phones, scheduling, travel, etc. This job also includes light office manager duties, such as interfacing with the CFO and accounting department as well as keeping everything running smoothly with office resources.
We are looking for either someone who wants to transition from the agency world into management, development and production - OR - a career administrative professional. Applicants must have at least 1 year of either agency desk experience or experience as an executive assistant to a C-level executive. Strong organizational skills and an obsessive attention to detail are required to succeed in this role. Finally, please be outgoing and confident as the company is a tight-knit group.
