EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT/RECEPTIONIST
Dynamic, hardworking, fun/friendly candidate who must be highly organized, detail oriented, phone savvy, and a self-starter. Position requires ability to shift gears quickly and juggle several projects simultaneously.
Strong computer, verbal and writing skills an absolute must. College degree and willingness to work long hours required. Health benefits included.
Great opportunity to participate in script reading and learn about independent film business in 360 degrees.
EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT DUTIES:
-Assist COO, answering, screening and logging phone calls
-Scheduling, managing calendar and coordinating travel arrangements
-Special projects, coordinating with Business & Legal Affairs (internally and externally)
-Reading scripts and providing coverage
-Ordering office supplies, filing documents, making photocopies
-Duties may also include limited personal tasks
FRONT DESK/RECEPTION DUTIES:
-Greeting Visitors and maintain presentable reception area
-Answering and managing multiple phone lines
-Maintaining printers, (and other office equipment)
-Managing conference rooms and bookings internally and externally
-Retrieving and distributing mail
-Signing for packages, sending messengers, overseeing mail distribution
-Kitchen upkeep, filling, emptying, and starting dishwasher, light cleaning
-Ordering staff lunch daily, picking up food, ordering groceries
