President at a unique entertainment agency is seeking an Executive Assistant/International Coordinator. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, extremely organized and be able tow work independently. This is an administrative position which requires outstanding multi-tasking skills.
Key Role Responsibilities:
Heavy phone management (answering phones, taking messages, etc.)
Coordinate meetings (internal and external meeting scheduling and logistics)
Facilitating client communication
Updating and managing internal database information
Drafting support and tracking of client contracts
Requirements:
Must be able to start between February 13th/15th.
BA/BS or equivalent experience required
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Must be flexible and adaptable
Must possess strong organizational and communication skillsSelf starter
Film major graduates with Entertainment internships, and international experience a plus.
