Overview
An integrated marketing and production agency with foundational ties to sport and sport lifestyle.
Objective
Fulfill a Events Coordinator position freelance to permanent in the New York office. The Events Coordinator will provide support for the greater production team on all assigned projects. He/she will work directly with the members of the account team to ensure that all of their production needs are met.
Job Function
The Events Coordinator will have overview awareness of all aspects of project production and support the account team to ensure that the client's expectations are not only met, but also exceeded on every project.
Assists in the management of events related needs of assigned projects, including but not limited to; vendor coordination, estimating, production scheduling, print production, collateral production, oversight of project installation and project strike, programming, permitting, logistics oversight, event staff coordination, and project execution.
Develops production schedules based on client's needs and communicates work-back schedules to the account team.
Assists in the development and updating of production specific program related documents, including but not limited to; ROS, Work Back Schedule, Staffing Grid, Branding Grid, Action Items, etc.
Oversees the production progress of the project and reports back to the account team.
Obtains vendor estimates and reports costs to the account team.
Assists in the ideation of proposals and creative decks for clients.
Develops creative solutions to obstacles and budget constraints with client goals in mind.
Provides constant, efficient communication to ensure that information regarding all projects is accurate.
Displays high-level attention to detail on all communication, documents, and tasks.
Adheres to company and client SOP on all awarded projects regarding purchasing, contracting, and approvals.
Delivers premium experience and high-level events on all projects, regardless of size or budget.
Maintains vital and comprehensive database of information and documents containing specific details of all projects.

Bachelors Degree
Minimum 1-3 years of event production experience with keen understanding of production timelines, process, and procedures
Experience obtaining estimates and sharp understanding of associated budget management
Excellent communication and organization skills
Skilled expository writing and oral presentation skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment with tight deadlines
Ability to manage multiple tasks and/or projects at any given time
Highly competent in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a bonus, but not necessary
Passion and love for sport and culture
