Full Time Assistant to Managing Partner of a boutique entertainment law firm.
Candidate must know how to multi-task, be a self-starter, have great communication skills, be extremely organized, be punctual, and must be able to work efficiently in a fast paced environment with high pressure situations.
The position is for the primary assistant to the Managing Partner, and will be responsible for: answering phones, rolling calls, maintaining calendar & client contacts, scheduling meetings, interfacing with clients in a professional manner, maintaining a list of prospective clients, drafting cover letters, mailing correspondence, and other assistant duties as applicable. Experience in these areas is preferred but not required. Good discretion and adherence to confidentiality rules is a must. There is opportunity for advancement. There is also an expectation that assistant will be available and willing to work overtime.
