Beverly Hills-based Production and Distribution company seeks a full time Distribution Coordinator, whose responsibilities will include supporting the CEO.
Work directly with producers and post-production houses to ensure proper delivery of assets to broadcasters according to specifications.
Communicate with vendors and broadcasters to resolve any delivery issues that may arise.
Contract review with regards to deliveries.
Maintain office paper filing.
Update online database and content management program.
Prepare metadata for broadcasters.
Ability to travel to trade shows in support of CEO and coordinate logistics as needed.
Prior experience dealing with broadcasters and/or post facilities.
Knowledge of digital media assets.
Organized and detail-oriented individual with the ability to multitask.
Spanish speaker is a plus.
Interested candidates should have some basic knowledge of the following software and websites:
