We are a Westwood-based digital talent network. We manage 10,000+ YouTube channels and 30+ sub-networks.
Responsibilities:
Generate and execute brand integration/sponsorship deals for a network of thousands of digital influencers (including YouTube, Facebook, Vine and Instagram)
Conduct brand outreach via all mediums at your disposal (i.e. email marketing, cold-calling, online research, etc.)
Work with talent to ensure synergy and comfortability with any and all brand integrations
Oversee a team of marketing managers to maximize efficiency and sales potential
Represent our company at various industry expositions in LA and beyond to generate new contacts/leads
Various other tasks associated with successfully running a brand sales division for a digital media company
Qualifications:
College degree required
Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or sales planning role, ideally in online marketing or digital media.
Strong knowledge of the digital industry, as well as media companies, advertising agencies, and talent management companies.
Strong knowledge of marketing and strategic solutions for brands
Proven track record in developing successful advertising, marketing or promotional campaigns
Great attitude, sense of humor, and ability to work closely with a tight-knit team on a daily basis
Be a self-starter with strong research and problem-solving skills
Incredible attention to detail and follow-through
Impeccable verbal and written skills
Bonus
Experience with sales/marketing campaigns in the Spanish-speaking world
Experience with YouTube multi-channel networks
