Small boutique music Management Company is looking for a young, hungry digital and social media guru to bring in-house to that can maintain and build our artists brand image. Experienced in social media management, digital content creation and editing photos/videos in working with our team to develop a digital strategy that takes our artists to the next level while maintaining our artists' voice and image increasing fan engagement. Looking for someone passionate about music with an understanding of our artists' voice.
This person will have excellent written and oral communications skills, able to follow our company's vision for our artists while developing creative solutions to grow our artists brand digitally.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Creates comprehensive digital marketing and social media campaigns that put our objectives at the core.
• Help our artists target new fans and evolve social media dialogue to convert followers into loyal fans. Build efficiencies for the ongoing measurement, analysis, and execution for our digital properties.
• Contribute digital marketing plans for all artists including album releases, single releases, contesting, video releases and more. Providing more opportunities for fan interactivity with our clients' fans and followers.
• Speak to artist fans in an organic way, resulting in engagement, social growth, and revenue.
• Including (but not limited to) filming/editing video, photography, graphic design, and website management.
• You'll also be responsible for assembling recorded raw material from photographers/videographers into a finished product that's suitable for broadcasting.
• Proficient communicator with excellent copywriting skills.
• Run and oversee our artists' social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) and websites.
• Dependable, team player able to work independently and in groups with people of all backgrounds.
Required Experience:
• 1-3 years experience in social media management and digital marketing strategy.
• Experience with HTML and basic web design.
• Preferably a bachelor's degree in marketing or communications with a desire to work in the music industry.
• Previous experience working with a musician's website and social media accounts.
