Digital Marketing Manager:
Job Description
Talent Agency is looking for a talented Digital Marketing Strategist, with Brand Planning and strong Digital Strategy skills, to work closely with brand leaders to develop and execute 360 degree marketing strategies; ensuring Agency is recognized as a leader in Artist Management and Representation.
Job Duties:
Collaborate with research and analytics teams to develop competitive strategies that align with brand values.
Uncover rich consumer, cultural and competitive insights and translate them into fresh, marketing communication strategies.
Lead the development and execution of the Digital strategy for all Agency marketing initiatives.
Integrate qualitative and quantitative research to capture consumer lifestyle, mindsets, behaviors and insights.
Provide input throughout the creative development process to ensure all communications are ''on strategy.''
Identify and segment marketing opportunities across platforms.
Basic Qualifications:
Well-versed in multiple channels including digital, social, and mobile marketing
Expertise in creating and executing on plans
Adept at storytelling, able to simplify and clarify complex concepts
Experience with leading and directing vendor/agency relationships and defining their scope of work, deliverables, budget, and timelines
Demonstrated talent for abstract thinking, spotting trends and patterns
An understanding of analytics and leveraging data, online behavioral data, social data and 3rd party data partnerships to build strategically targeted messages
Establish leading relationships with key social platforms and technologies to drive adoption of products, practices and opportunities that support client
Lead regular social business review and innovation discovery sessions with clients and colleagues
Candidate should be comfortable acting as a thought leader for various publication interviews.
Candidate should be willing to participate in new business efforts.
Candidate must have 5+ years experience in a related position or digital marketing role.
Be able to craft a vision for how a social media solution should develop. Take a leadership role in new business proposal development and work with appropriate agency resources and account teams to identify and secure incremental business opportunities.
Demonstrate proficiency in writing and editing materials including client media materials and byline articles.
Ideal candidate will have a robust network of entertainment and lifestyle media relations contacts and a proven track record securing high profile stories within these spaces
Understanding of how to navigate the entertainment space - leveraging talent, events and other relationships.
