IDEAL APPLICANT
We're looking for the ultimate customer service representative to join our team! The ideal candidate will have an innate desire to help and communicate with people, a passion for innovating, and customer service experience over telephone and email.
Responsibilities:
-Must own their own computer
-Perform basic data entry
-Provide administrative support, including taking and returning calls, answering customer service emails, and providing customer service over social media
-Effectively communicate high priority issues clearly and efficiently to management
-Anticipate and understand client needs and concerns
-Identify and execute solutions to customer concerns and issues
Requirements:
-1-4 years of experience working in a customer service environment
-Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products; Word & Excel
-Working experience with customer service platforms online
-Must have excellent organizational and time management skills
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate
clearly and concisely in English
-Ability to work as a team and independently
-Use sound judgement and maintain confidentiality when necessary
