Job Responsibilities
Manage extensive ordering and project delivery through spreadsheets and workflow systems.
Understanding of digital content distribution including iTunes, Netflix, Amazon, and other distributors.
Assures overall customer satisfaction and retention through exceptional customer service.
Responsible for the customer/account servicing activities on assigned accounts.
Understands the internal and external customer requirements, limitations, and expectations necessary to deliver the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Primary contact to develop and maintain strong relationships with key personnel of assigned clients.
Collaborate with operations to ensure that commitments to customer are fulfilled and customer satisfaction is achieved.
Primary liaison with customer for communication assuring timely response and accuracy of all communications to the client. Communicate and disseminate constructive customer feedback, new trends, changing trends, and areas of concerns.
Collaborate with management to maximize output and quality while minimizing costs.
Must be able to demonstrate competency with our workflow management system within six to eight weeks of hiring.
Qualifications and Experience
High level Excel and spreadsheet capabilities, including macros.
Five plus years of Customer Service experience or equivalent.
Must have basic file-based workflow experience (create/encode/transcode)
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
Computer expertise, Windows OS and hardware knowledge.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
Timely response to all client requests and inquiries.
Basic Knowledge of Post Production, Film/Video Production preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Demonstrated problem solving ability.
Ability to work independently and in a group setting.
Ability to evaluate and set priorities.
Focus on Client retention.
Understands the internal and external customer requirements, limitations and expectations.
