In this role, you will have the opportunity to handle the legal aspects of feature films and television (both reality and scripted shows), development, production and distribution. Specifically, the work includes structuring, negotiating and drafting complex agreements for talent and other production-related agreements, co-production agreements and distribution agreements and being responsible for all legal matters during the course of production. Qualified candidates will be transactional attorneys with at least 5 years of legal experience (with at least two years at a large law firm).
