ICM Partners is looking for an exceptional Contract Administrator. The ideal candidate should be motivated, quick thinking and capable of performing administrative tasks. The individual should be flexible, highly organized, confidential, and have the ability to multi-task.
This position will report to the VP of Contract Admin. The position will require data entry and a strong knowledge of Word, Outlook and the ability to understand internal, customized computer systems and to use the internet to research and find answers. Knowledge of Accounting a plus.
The ideal candidate should be able to work in a fast pace office environment, sometimes taking direction on projects from several people within the department. Additionally, the candidate should be able to manage multiple projects and accurately prioritize such projects. Attention to detail and superb organizational skills are a must. The ability to require other assistants to conform to contract standards is important.
Qualifications:
• Able to juggle multiple projects
• Able to work at a fast pace, but maintaining high work quality
• Knowledge of Accounting
• VERY detailed oriented and VERY organized
• HIGH computer skills *we have so many specific systems that a thorough knowledge of computers is very helpful ( i.e. word, excel, outlook in particular are a must
• Bachelors degree required.
Contract Tracking:
• Enter all new information and edit as appropriate in Database. There is a high volume of paperwork that must be kept extremely organized at all times.
• Includes sending contracts, collecting contracts from clients and documenting activity in database
