Major talent agency with offices in New York and Los Angeles is seeking highly motivated individuals to assist in the commercial department in the Los Angeles office.
This is an entry-level position, which requires initiative while learning on the job. Strong leadership qualities, excellent phone and communication skills, and versatility are invaluable in this role. Excellent computer skills needed. Seeking a personable, detail oriented and focused candidate who has the ability to work in a fast-paced office. Great opportunity to advance with intensive hands-on experience in the scale and overscale commercial areas.
Previous assistant experience REQUIRED. Talent management, casting or agency experience strongly preferred.
Requirements:
4 -year college degree required.
Excellent written & communication skills with strong attention to detail
Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Professional appearance and presentation
Proficient with PC, MS Office, Breakdown Services, LA Casting, Casting Frontier
Must be able to work independently and proactively with little supervision
Strong work ethic and great attitude
Ability to comfortably interact with high profile clients; discretion is a necessary requirement
