Celebrity endorsement agency, which exclusively represents A-list talent in all paid marketing/advertising, brand ambassador programs, personal/corporate appearances, branded social media opportunities, commercial voice-over, and all other branding initiatives, world-wide. We are the exclusive representatives for our clients in the branding/marketing space.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN ENTRY-LEVEL CANDIDATE, WHO IDEALLY HAS THE FOLLOWING:
- Bachelors Degree, or higher (preferably in Business or Marketing, however other fields will be considered).
- At least 1-2 years of assistant experience working in the entertainment industry, or depending on age/experience, has successfully completed at least 2-3 entertainment industry internships. A background in Business is equally as important as a background in Entertainment, and will be similarly considered.
- Is highly organized, a self-starter, and pays strong attention to detail.
- Skilled with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
- Technologically literate (Mac/PC, printer, phones, scanner, etc.)
- Understands at least the basics of the inner workings of the entertainment industry, and the different rolls of each member of the client's team (manager, publicist, agent, etc.).
- Eager to learn about celebrity marketing and branding, and the entertainment industry as a whole.
- Strong professional writing and verbal communications skills.
- Has good internet/research skills.
- Understands and respects confidentiality, and has a positive attitude.
- Meets deadlines, is resourceful, and does not panic under pressure.
- Must have a car for potential deliveries, pick-ups, and errands.
- Multi-lingual is a plus, but not required.
The ideal candidate would be equally interested in marketing, brand development, and the geo-political atmosphere, as they are in the business side of entertainment. Staying up to date on global market trends is as important as knowing the previous weekend's box office winners/losers.
NO ACTORS, MODELS, WRITERS, or ASPIRING FILMMAKERS WILL BE CONSIDERED.
RESPONSIBILITIES SHALL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: Scheduling, answering phones, coordinating travel for agents & clients, running errands, filing/organization, other general office tasks, industry tracking & research, and more.
