Casting - Comedy Podcast

Part Time Job
Looking for guests for comedy podcast with an eye toward possibly becoming part of a regular rotation over the long term.
Topics typically range from current events to more silly societal conventions.
Sharp wit, improvisational/comedy background, and a sincere interest in radio is highly preferred.
It will definitely be possible to plug your services if you have an area of expertise, business, or creative project you'd like to do some promotion on.
Links and resumes are important, but more relevant to this posting would be your responses to the following:
What's your take on the media? Social media? What would you do differently?
When is the last time you weighed yourself?
What is the ground velocity of a sparrow traveling airborne at 50mph (accounting for chemtrail drag, of course)
What is your favorite fictional creature, and why?
Do you think aliens will be returning to earth to kick ass and take names? Whose ass and whose names?
How do you feel about the Ghostbusters reboot with an all-female cast?
If you had the opportunity to become a Kard-Karrying Kardashian, would you, and why/why not?
Stooges or Marx Bros -- why?
What's your biggest pet peeve?
Tell me something about yourself your mama doesn't know.
Thanks, and looking forward to your response.
No pay for the moment, but there would be the building of a catalogue of shows and, as mentioned, the goal of expanding production outlets in order to build a marketable entity (think shows such as Garfunkel & Oates, The Dana Gould Hour, Maron, Louie, Inside Amy Schumer, and the like, but of course original to us). Once we have a viable and marketable product, I have producers willing to assist in moving us forward to selling the show.
It would be great to find people with whom the chemistry is good; even better would be finding people with the desire to become long-term collaborators, with the expansion into video being a definite goal. Comedy writing, prior radio experience, and improvisation greatly preferred, and any skills such as video camera, editing, and ability with computery techy-type stuff are always welcome! Thanks!
