Full Time Job
North Hollywood based boutique feature film and TV marketing production company seeking a Billing Coordinator. Looking for someone who is bright with production billing knowledge and advanced Excel and Quickbooks Desktop and Online version skills. College degree preferred.
Requirements:
• Experience in job billing for film production facility
• Exposure to job-budgeting process
• Familiarity with accounts payable process
• Extremely organized
• Attentive to minute details
• Independent self-starter
• Primarily verbal learner
• Advanced Excel Skills - experience with SUMIFs and VLOOKUPs essential
• Quickbooks - both desktop (a must) and online versions
• Extremely Mac savvy
Responsibilities:
• Run QBO reports for expenses
• Prepare expense summaries
• Research expenses in purchase order system
• Track expense summary documents throughout approval process
• Prepare resulting invoice in both Quickbooks desktop and online
• Research and answer questions from client re: line items comprising bill
• Implement production accounting system
