A leading Talent Management & Development company is seeking an experienced assistant to work on the busy desk of 2 literary managers, with an aspect of TV & Film development. You MUST be excited about the lit world. Reading scripts, writing coverage and providing feedback on submitted client materials will be a heavy focus within this position.
Typical day-to-day duties will be; answering phones, rolling calls, scheduling meetings & appointments, reading scripts, writing & reviewing coverage, managing client tv/movie bookings, tracking finances. Working for 2 bosses can be tricky so looking for someone who can work well under pressure, be a team player and react quick on their feet. If you have a passion for the lit side of the industry, this is a position that can help you progress.
Experience as an assistant at a major management company or agency is REQUIRED. If you do not have this experience, please do not submit your resume. Experience in a literary position is preferred, but not a necessity.
Hours are 9-7 Monday through Friday. Benefits included. Salary will be discussed at interview stage.
