NYC on-set Assistant needed for a busy and successful Executive Producer who is the CEO of a significant production company operating in the film, television and digital worlds. Must currently live in New York and be able to work as a local. This position will be assisting the executive producer during production of our network television series. It starts immediately and goes through the end of November with the strong possibility for extension.
This is not a first assistant job. Candidates must have 2+ years highest level executive experience, be incredibly detail-oriented, well-presented and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. On set experience is a huge plus and so is handling expense accounts and receipts for a studio/network project. Must have exceptional organizational skills and an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Outlook. In particular, candidates must be able to present a calm and friendly appearance while anticipating needs, multi-tasking, and prioritizing under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include phones, heavy scheduling, travel arrangements, expenses, general administrative tasks and personal tasks.
