Leading independent production and financing company seeks an assistant for their Business & Legal Affairs department (law degree not required). Company has an active slate. Minimum 2-3 years legal administrative experience required. Ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, organized, possess great attention to detail and have exceptional communication skills. Past experience in the feature film business strongly preferred. Administrative support duties include phones, maintaining calendars, expense reports, etc. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, handle confidential matters appropriately and with discretion is required. Must have experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Opportunity for growth for the right candidate.
