Full service boutique talent and music management company with offices in Beverly Hills seeks a dynamic assistant.
Ideal candidate should be highly motivated, have a long term commitment to talent management, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, be detail oriented, be tech savvy with proficient computer skills, be comfortable making phone calls/pitches and be reliable, diligent and punctual.
Duties include answering phones and rolling calls, managing calendars and scheduling meetings/auditions, submitting/pitching talent to casting, reading scripts, corresponding with casting directors, agents, publicists, promoters and preparing contracts and riders.
College degree required. Candidate MUST have prior agency or management experience. Position offers full benefits and is available immediately. Salary commensurate with experience.
