Entry-Level Administrative Assistant to the Casting & Education Departments
For LA's Top Voice Casting & Education Company
Part time, with strong possibility of full time in the future.
Monday- Friday. Occasional early evening hours. Periodic weekend as needed.

Strong communication skills: verbal and written.
Minimum 40 wpm typing
Word, Excel & FileMaker proficiency
Professional phone manner
Strong online research skills
Social media skills
Ability to shift focus between tasks involved in different departments.
Strong focus skills, amidst interruptions, unexpected priority shifts and meeting deadlines.
Marketing experience, a plus
Some knowledge in graphic design, web design, and/or audio software is a plus.
Flexibility: shifting hours, at times including early evening or weekend.
An interest in casting, and/or an interest in education/developing careers
Daily tasks can include (but not limited to):
Emails: Monitoring and responding
Filing and copying
Managing, editing, and transmitting audio files
Prepping casting jobs
Prepping student and teacher class materials
Registering, counseling, and enrolling students
Scheduling teachers, engineers, classes.
Managing tuition payments, tuition reports
Creating department reports
Opening classes: greeting students, disbursing materials, intro teacher.
Providing and implementing marketing ideas - flyers, documents, emails, Facebook, LinkedIn, website, etc.
Monitoring inventory supplies
Contributing to office tidying, i.e. emptying trash, etc.
There will be much learning and growth potential.
Job location: Encino based - with possible trips to our Burbank studio, Santa Monica Studio, and potential other satellite locations.
