Boutique talent management company with high-level clientele looking for a full-time assistant starting summer 2017 in NYC.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating auditions with clients and casting offices/producers/agencies
- Heavy script coverage
- Tracking client auditions/meetings/self-tapes
- Scheduling and maintaining manager and client calendars
- General office administration and organization
- Editing client reels/maintaining press kits/compiling reviews for theater, film, and television client projects
- Assist with tracking of expenses
- Set up conference calls/roll calls
- Compiling breakdowns and assisting with submissions
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year industry experience (talent agency/management company/casting agency/PR) mandatory
- Excellent communication skills including written, oral, and interpersonal
- Ability to effectively interface with clients and other industry professionals
- Detailed and organized with exceptional time management skills
- Strong knowledge of Mac computer systems and MS office systems including Word/Excel/PowerPoint
- Experience with editing (QuickTime/iMovie/etc.)
- Must be able to work under pressure
- Must be able to multitask
- Must have knowledge of entertainment industry
- Discretion is a must as you will be working with established actors
