Assistant To Talent Manager/CEO/Producer
This position requires 2 years experience on a busy agent, manager, or producer's desk. You will work jointly with and report directly to the company owner, and at times, other assistants. On a daily basis, your character, presence, and professionalism will openly impact on the operations and flow of the company. You will be responsible for scheduling both business and personal calendars, coordinating high profile meetings, rolling calls, preparing correspondence and serve as first point of contact for clients and external business partners. Experience reading scripts a plus. Discretion and confidentiality are imperative. Attention to detail and the ability to anticipate others' needs and potential problems are key skills required for this job. Knowledge of, or experience in, the music business and social media a plus. Candidates must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as being a fast accurate typist. Valid drivers' license and working car required.
