Boutique talent agency in Beverly Hills seeks highly motivated assistant to support one of our talent agents. Candidates must have 1 plus years office assistant experience in the entertainment field either at a talent agency, casting or management company. Must be extremely detailed-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple shifting priorities in a fast paced environment while meeting deadlines. Candidate must have interpersonal skills and ability to communicate well with others. Strong attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, PC and Mac. Responsibilities include administrative and client support. Applicant should have experience scheduling appointments, rolling calls, maintaining call sheets and other databases. The position requires a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or University. Please email resume and cover letter.
