Job Description: Full Time Job
This is a great opportunity to learn the ins and outs of a Talent Agency. Applicant should be detailed oriented be able to juggle multiple projects at a time. Company is willing to train qualified individuals! Applicants MUST live in the Orange County area.
$10/hr
Job Requirements:
- MUST live in the Orange County Area
- Passionate about learning, interested in a career in Talent Management / Talent Agencies
- Detailed oriented, event planning experience a plus
- Marketing and Sales skills a plus but not required
- Quick learner and be able to adapt to any situation
- Be resourceful in reaching out to individual or organization as needed
- Extremely organized and ability to multi-task!
- Communication skills with great phone demeanor
- MUST TAKE DIRECTION VERY WELL
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Owner of the Talent Agency in all areas possible
- Need to be able to keep track of a large number of clients, projects, etc. all at the same time
- Keep Agency Owner organized and prepared at all times
- Submit talents for jobs via LACasting
- Make pitches to Casting Directors
- Manage the schedule and auditions/callbacks of talents
- Following up on all the emails and respond with the necessary information in a timely manner
- Assist with planning events, booking models, and preparing event itineraries for big events and projects
- Organizing and setting up photo shoots
- Attend industry events and scout as needed
