Full Time Job
The world's leading full-service entertainment, media, and sports agency is seeking a Human Resources (''HR'') Assistant to support up to 3 HR Business Partners in their corporate HR department in Los Angeles. This assistant will directly report to the HR Business Partners dedicated to supporting the day to day and strategic needs of various client groups across the business. We are seeking candidates with an interest in developing a career in Human Resources, as this role is not a path towards being an agent.
Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support to HR Business Partners including answering multiple phone lines and heavy calendar management
• Serve as first point of contact for employee questions and inquiries
• Enter and track staff changes in HRIS system
• Prepare, maintain and update employee personnel files
• Coordinate new hire orientations (assemble new hire packets, etc)
• Schedule interviews and prepare materials for exit interviews
• Partner with payroll to ensure collection of timesheets
• Prepare and submit monthly expense reports on behalf of HR Business Partners
• Assist HR Business Partners with various research projects and/or special projects
Qualifications
• Minimum 1-2 years' experience in Human Resources
• Bachelor's Degree required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to interact and thrive in a fast paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail
• Must be personable and have the ability to interface with senior-level executives and maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Customer service oriented
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities
• Superb organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Experience in the Entertainment/Media industry is preferred
• Experience with ATS/HRIS systems is preferred
