Production Company specializing in movies and television in search of stellar assistant to man the desk of the EVP & VP of production and development. 2 years experience on a busy desk (agency, production company, management company or studio) required. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: managing the desk of 2 executives, heavy calendaring, answering phones, reading scripts, coordinating coverage, taking notes on calls, interfacing with networks, tracking submissions/projects on our database and covering reception 1-2 days a week. Must have thick skin, attention to detail, heavy multitasker, great attitude, be personable, discreet and professional. This is not an entry level position. Looking for someone to hit the ground running. This is a demanding desk and a fast pace environment. Will likely be overtime. Benefits package included. Good opportunity for growth for the right individual. Must want to be a producer. Looking to start ASAP.
