A talent agency in Beverly Hills seeks an experienced Executive Assistant for its Co-President. This position combines creative, publicity and administrative duties, including management of heavy scheduling, travel, internal event planning, and monitoring internal and external activities of the co-president. Experience and comfortability working with individuals at all levels and working knowledge of industry names, players and film/television vocabulary required. The ideal candidate will be professional, organized and able to effectively multi-task & prioritize projects while working in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Administrative duties include answering phones, heavy meeting and schedule coordination, heavy email correspondence, and travel coordination.
- Coordinate daily schedule and client meetings, as well as communicating directly with clients, managers, producers, and other high level executives.
- Work with office personnel on a variety of business and personal special projects such as even planning, gift buying, catering, etc.
- Represents the co president's office with professionalism and creates a welcoming atmosphere to all guests and employees.
-Handles personal/philanthropic duties outside of the office environment
Candidates must be computer literate, work well under pressure, and have the ability to manage highly-sensitive/confidential information. Must possess exceptional work ethic and trustworthiness. Must have superior written and verbal communication skills and have strong attention to detail with great follow through. Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing projects appropriately. 4-6 years of prior executive assistant experience at a talent agency or high level entertainment executive desk is required. Bachelor's degree required.
